Elite Club Membership and Participation Rules

These rules published on the Elite Club website provide a general overview of the main points regarding the membership and benefits of the club, with the aim of explaining to potential members the membership procedures and the standards of the club.

Upon completion of the membership, members will have access to a more detailed rulebook, reserved exclusively for members. This comprehensive document includes additional rules and guidelines aimed at ensuring the privacy, security and protection of the confidential information of the club and its members. These additional rules are available only after official acceptance as a member, in line with the confidentiality policy and the high level of exclusivity that distinguish the Elite Club.

 

1. Introduction

The Elite Club is an exclusive private club that brings together high-profile personalities, including entrepreneurs, models, influencers, public figures and prominent professionals. Membership in the club offers unique privileges and access to an elite network. Membership is reserved for individuals who meet specific criteria and accept the conditions outlined in these rules.

2. Membership Categories and Fees

The club offers three membership categories, each with specific benefits and an annual membership fee:

Black Member: Annual fee of €350.

Gold Member: Annual fee of €2,500.

Platinum Member: Annual fee of €10,000.

3. Registration Procedure

To become a member of the Elite Club, you must follow the following procedure:

a. Membership Request: Fill out the application form available on the club's official website.

b. Payment of the Fee: The candidate must pay the annual fee corresponding to the membership category chosen directly online and at the same time as the registration request.

c. Evaluation: The selection committee will examine the application to verify compliance with the club's criteria.

d. Communication of the Result: The outcome of the evaluation will be communicated to the candidate via the contact details provided. In the event of a positive outcome, the candidate will receive confirmation. Access to the portal will be sent by email, and the Club Card relating to membership by post. In the event of a negative outcome, the candidate will receive communication and a simultaneous refund of the fee paid.

4. Access to the Elite Portal

Members have access to an exclusive portal that allows them to:

View other members' profiles.

Use a dedicated chat to start conversations.

Build strategic relationships and expand business opportunities in a high-level environment.

5. Selection Criteria

The Elite Club welcomes exclusively members who represent excellence in their respective fields, including:

• Successful entrepreneurs.

• Famous models.

• Prominent public figures.

• Highly visible influencers.

• High-profile professionals.

Membership can also be requested by profiles not included in the previous categories but with high financial availability, and by profiles that have an invitation from a member. Each application is subject to a rigorous selection process.

6. Rights and Duties of Members

Elite Club members are entitled to:

• Access to the specific benefits of the chosen membership category.

• Participation in events and activities reserved for members.

• Use of the exclusive portal to interact with other members.

In addition, members are required to:

• Maintain behavior in accordance with club standards.

• Respect the confidentiality of information shared within the club.

• Do not publicly display or in any case to non-members of the club the reserved areas of the website / portal.

• Pay the annual fee on time.

7. Membership Renewal and Termination

Membership is valid for one year and may be renewed upon payment of the membership fee. Failure to pay or non-compliant behavior may result in suspension or expulsion from the club.

8. Protection

Confidentiality: All information relating to members and club activities is strictly confidential. Unauthorized disclosure will result in immediate expulsion and potential legal action.

Conduct: Members must maintain a professional and respectful behavior. Any conduct that damages the image of the club or other members will be sanctioned.

Changes to the Rules: The Elite Club reserves the right to make changes to these rules. Any changes will be communicated to members through the club's official channels.

9. Exclusion

Failure to Eligibility: The Elite Club management reserves the right to reject or revoke the membership of candidates or members who do not meet the required elite criteria.

Termination for Violations: Any violation of the club rules will result in immediate exclusion without the right to a refund of the fee.

10. Refund Policy

Membership Fee: Membership fees are non-refundable, even if the Club should expel the member at its own discretion.

Voluntary Cancellation: In the event of voluntary withdrawal, no full and/or partial refund of the fee is provided.

11. Prohibition of Account Sharing

Access to the portal and the benefits of the club is strictly personal. Sharing accounts or credentials with third parties is prohibited, under penalty of immediate exclusion from the club.

12. Code of Conduct

Conduct in Partner Venues: Members must maintain appropriate behavior and respect the rules of partner venues to preserve the reputation of the club.

Communication between Members: Interactions between members must be respectful and professional. Inappropriate behavior, harassment or pressure will not be tolerated.

Use of the Club Logo: It is forbidden to use the Elite Club logo, name or image for personal, commercial or promotional purposes without prior written authorization.

13. Liability and Security

Disclaimer: The Elite Club is not liable for any damages resulting from the use of the club services, organized activities or interactions between members.

Data Protection: The club guarantees the protection of members' personal data in accordance with current legislation (e.g. GDPR). Any improper use of data by a member will be prosecuted legally.

14. Commercial Opportunities

Transparency: Any commercial activity between members must be managed transparently and in compliance with contractual rules. The Elite Club is not liable for any disputes.

No Spam: It is forbidden to use the portal or members' contacts to send unsolicited promotional messages.

15. Collaborations and Sponsorships

Partner Events: Members who wish to propose events or collaborations must obtain written approval from the club.

Sponsorships: Any sponsor must comply with the guidelines and the exclusive image of the club.

16. Dispute Resolution

Internal Mediation: Any disputes between members or between a member and the club will be handled through internal mediation.

Jurisdiction: In the event of legal disputes, the competent court will be the one indicated by Elite Club.

17. Special Clauses for Platinum Members

Priority Access: Platinum Members will be entitled to preferential treatment for limited or high-demand events.

Personal Invitation: They can invite a limited number of guests (non-members) to some events, subject to club approval.

Customized Contracts: For Platinum Members, it is possible to stipulate customized agreements for additional benefits, agreed on a case-by-case basis.

18. Feedback Policy

Service Evaluation: Members are encouraged to provide periodic feedback on the services offered, in order to improve the club experience.

Suggestions for Improvement: Each suggestion will be evaluated by the club management and, if deemed valid, implemented.

19. Internal Hierarchy of the Elite Club
Within the Elite Club, it is possible to join an exclusive internal circle structured on hierarchical levels. This system allows members to actively participate in the life of the club with different responsibilities and opportunities, while maintaining the ultimate authority in the hands of the club, its founders and the President. Participation in the internal circle is voluntary and regulated by specific rules available only to members who choose to join.

20. Administrative Management of the Club

The Elite Club can be managed, at a legal and fiscal level, by a company with a separate corporate name, which does not directly refer to the name of the club. This organizational structure is adopted to ensure more efficient management and compliance with current regulations, without however affecting the membership conditions, the rights of members or the general rules of the club, which will remain unchanged.

The company in charge of management will act exclusively as an administrative body, maintaining confidentiality and transparency towards members and ensuring the continuity of the high standards that characterize the Elite Club.
